Due to COVID-19, Easter provision is by invitation - so if you know a young person who would benefit from attending, please get in touch - it's not too late. Please contact the Senior Youth Worker for the site:

More about Honor Oak Adventure playground
Honor Oak Adventure Playground was established in 1986 by youth workers. They used their woodwork skills to build a playground to be "like no other" to "reflect something of the dream world of a child".
Since then the playground has evolved into a world of micro-environments where young people can play, learn and engage with each other.
Alongside the adventure playground the site also hosts Youth First's woodwork shop. This keeps all our APGs intact but also provides a space for young people to turn out handicrafts of their own. In 2016 the site was updated with a brand new cabin.
Now even when the weather prevents outside play there’s fun to be found at this massive APG.
Accessibility
The adventure playground is partially accessible and the building is fully accessible. Please contact staff to discuss any specific needs.
From Tue 5 January 2021, England enters another lockdown and the youth sector moves into RED in the National Youth Agency's readiness framework.
This means that we can run:
- Online + digital youth services
- Detached/outdoor local youth services
and with high-need/vulnerable young people, we can run:
- 1-2-1 sessions
- Small group work sessions, by invite only
